There is no Milanoo review today, no negative reviews and no positive reviews.

Maybe no review is good news, at least there isn’t negative review. I feel satisfried with this situation that there is no bad reviews.

Some reviews from internet, most are positive.

1. Don’t know what problem some people have with this website. Yes, there can be communication difficulties….hello. But the costumes are great, especially for the price. Ordered three, got free shipping, and they came pretty fast. Just an amazing deal and the quality is very good for something I will wear once a year or so.

2. I did a first sample order of 1 dress and arrived a couple of days late, but quality is fine for the price.
Next I bought 10 handbags to resell on ebay and so far no complains, all customers seem quite happy.
I’ll certainly buy again.

3.Well, I wasn’t really sure at first about buying from someone who uses stolen pictures, but it was cheap and I heard pretty good reviews so I thought I would go for it. So I oreder this dress.

It fits perfectly! It even came with a thin petticoat that I wore with the one I already had to give it a bit more shape. It’s actually really comfy too. =3
The color is a little off, but pretty close. It seems to be very well made too. It needs to be ironed, but that’s from how it was shipped.
Also, the bow is detachable so I can move it around to different spots if I want to.

All together I am very happy with my dress! It is very nice especially for the price!

There are full of negative reviews on the internet. Most negative reviews are about shipping delay and poor quality. Shipping delay are easy to solve, but Milanoo has  a long way to go to make everyone satisfried with its quality.

Milanoo is trying their best to improve its quality control.

I believe the quality of Milanoo’s items will improve a lot in the near future.

Sometimes you will get items that you are not satisfried when you make online purchase. How can you take it back and get back your money.

The very first way is avoiding online purchase. But that is definitely bad idea. We shouldn’t quit the way to get cheaper products.

The second way is confirming payment after you see the products. Order from companies that guarantee you that you can make payment after you see the products.

If you have paid and get sth you are unsatisfied, you must try your best to let then refund your money. But how to make you refund process be easy?

You’d better make the issue big, post it everyehere. Let more people know your issue, then you will get your money back easily.

1. I ordered my wedding dress from this site. After I ordered it I found this site with the bad reviews. My dress came today. Yes it was shipped out a little later then the 7-10 listed on the site. You do need to look at size chart before you order. A 5 maybe more like a 2. You need to go by your measurements not your size!! I have to say.. I LOVE MY DRESS!

2. An online shop, it sells cosplay costumes, wedding dresses etc. Buying experience is nice, once order is done, heart is ease, and wait for good to arrive

3. I recently purchased a wedding dress from them. WOW,it looks fantastic. I got some trouble in placing the order. The CSR helped me out. They are really kind and helpful. I will recommend them to all my friends.

4. This site sends you emails to attract customers to buy with free shipping, Discounts and more. Having a degree in computer science and worked in eCommerce for years, I linked from the email stating free shipping, found a dress, placed it in my shopping cart and NO FREE shipping or discount. I contacted, customer service and they said my discount timed out. Now that is a new one. A internet cookie that times out. I did not buy as I am concerned with the lack of knowledge and honesty from customer service.

Will you review the products that you bought online if you are satifried with them?

Will you if the procucts are average quality?

Will you review them if you are not satisfied?

What’s more, your satifaction depends on your expectation of the products, don’t expect a used Volkswagen as good as a brand new BMW.

You will find many bad reviews of every company, it is hard to make everyone satisfied.

So don’t judge a company through online reviews. You can get your answer only with your own experience.
