There are some negative reviews of Milanoo from coolcomputing.com.

1. Terrible service. Unable to reach their customer service at any given hour, whether over the phone, email or use their LIVE chat via their website. I placed the order a month ago and they never gave me the tracking number, could not tell me when i will receive my package when i finally get a reply via email, i receive what sounded more like an automated message stating their QC center will ship this to me but they cannot provide me with any info as to when i should expect it to leave their center and when i will receive it.

2. Let me just say…I thought I was alone regarding the issues that I have experienced with Milanoo.com recently. I can’t believe that there are so many other people expressing how unsatisfied they are with this Company, who also share my same concerns regarding their horrible Customer Support and dilapitated business practices.

Words are failing me to describe how awful this company is. :(

I ordered items a month ago and added expedited shipping to my package thinking that I would get my products by Halloween. I never received any follow-up or status on how my package was tracking, even until this day. I’ve sent follow-ups to the Company’s Customer Support Tool for some sort of response and NOTHING back. I’ve tried to reach out to Peggy/Tracy via live chat…hello anyone even there?! Trust me, I’m not one to complain, but honestly this whole situation has infuriated me. Is there something that we can do together to raise more attention about this?

Please be warned. If only I knew about this website before I made my purchase, I would have never risked my money and ordered from this Company.

3. This company is so-so. Quality and shipping depends really on your luck I guess.. People that commented on the actual website said they were completely satisfied with their product and service. While on the other hand, look at all the negative reviews here! Order from this company if you are willing to take the risks. I took mine, and it turn out quite nicely I also spoke to Peggy quite a few times concerning my order. She’s pretty helpful in some days..the great part was that she gave me the tracking number fairly quick and it was valid :)

Some reviews are negative, but the reviews  were posted last year. Milanoo may became better and better.

Milanoo Reviews Reminds Quality Improvement

There are full of negative reviews on the internet. Most negative reviews are about shipping delay and poor quality. Shipping delay are easy to solve, but Milanoo has  a long way to go to make everyone satisfried with its quality.

Milanoo is trying their best to improve its quality control.

I believe the quality of Milanoo’s items will improve a lot in the near future.

There are some negative reviews of Milanoo.

1. When I ordered my 50$ dress, I was charged shipping. Then I received an email that said it wouldn’t arrive on time. I quickly emailed regarding the issue and stated I wanted my shipping refunded or my order cancelled. I was offered 10% off in the future and ask what I would like to do. I said to cancel. They just ignored me and shipped it anyway. When the dress arrived the sash was falling off and an unmentioned, un-pictured, hideous bow was on the back of the dress. When I tried to resolve the issue I was told that it arrived fast enough so they wouldn’t refund my money, even though I had ask to cancel it weeks before they shipped it. The english is translated very poorly and may be the reason for misunderstandings. The 24 hour live chat takes several days to respond. All-in-all I will not shop here again.

2. I will never ever shop here again. Buyer be ware that you will allways have to pay for shipping. If they advertise with free shipping dont be fooled, You will be billed for shipping, or goods will just not be delivered. Also be wasre that you will have to pay high tax on goods sent from milanoo. So If you think you are getting a nice price forget it! You are better of buying local. Better service and cheeper in the end. I will not fall for this sceme again. Hope you are wise and dont buy from milanoo either.

3. I am following up from my review on 16th June.
Since then I have had 4 emails from Milanoo, none of which deal with the issue of the non arrival of my goods.

They have still not posted me my user password, and say I dont exist on their data base. They have said they will refund my “express” delivery.
I have declined since I needed the goods by express.

They have made vague suggestions as to why the product has not arrived owing to faults of the postal service.

I have asked for a refund. I dont think they will do so, and consequently I will be going via the credit card for the refund.

Look, just don’t use them. For every negative review they post one themselves making it look positive. I had never contributed on this site before the 16th June 10.
